Scope of these terms
These terms cover this website and services offered under the Legends Energy brand (“we”, “us”). Private services are available only to authorised individuals. Visiting this website or granting Facebook permissions does not grant access to those services.
These terms do not replace a separate employment, services or partnership agreement. If you do not agree to the applicable terms, do not use the service.
Accounts and authorized access
Use only the access assigned to you. Keep your sign-in details secure, provide accurate information and contact privacy@legendateam.com if you believe your access has been compromised.
Authorise access to Facebook or another platform only when you have the right to do so. Respect the rights of asset owners and other people.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to gain unauthorised access, bypass restrictions, misuse another person’s data, distribute unlawful content or disrupt the service. Your advertising and use of third-party platforms must comply with applicable law and the relevant platform’s policies.
You are responsible for the content and assets you provide or authorise us to use.

Third-party services have their own terms, permissions and policies. Their availability and conditions may change.
Legends Energy is not Meta, and this website does not claim an endorsement or partnership with Meta. Facebook and related names belong to their respective owners.

Information supplied by third parties may be delayed, incomplete or corrected later. Verify significant decisions with the relevant source.
Use of the service does not guarantee revenue or a particular advertising result. You remain responsible for the permissions and instructions you provide.

Your use of the service does not transfer ownership of your content or advertising assets to Legends Energy. You must have the rights needed for us to process the material you supply.
Brand names, website design and service materials may not be misrepresented as your own or used to imply an affiliation that has not been agreed.
Availability and access changes
