About this policy

Legends Energy (“we”, “us”) is the service brand covered by this policy. This policy explains how we handle information through this website and our authorised services, including information shared through Facebook.

Separate agreements may also govern work-related information. This policy does not replace those agreements or limit your rights under applicable data-protection law.

Information we process

• Identity and contact information: account, contact and professional information you provide, and Facebook profile information made available when you authorise access.
• Facebook authorisation information: the permissions you grant and information needed to maintain that access.
• Advertising information: accessible advertising accounts, campaigns, advertising settings, media and performance data.
• Business and Page information: accessible business assets, Page information, images, posts and engagement data.
• Service and communication records: usage and security information, and the contents of requests you send us.

We do not receive or store your Facebook password. Facebook authorisation takes place on Meta’s own website.

How information is used

Information is used for authorised business activities, advertising analysis and management, responding to requests, and protecting access and data. Facebook information is used within the access you grant.

The public website does not install advertising pixels or analytics cookies. Private services use information necessary to maintain authorised access.

Access and service providers

Information is accessible to authorised people and service providers as needed for the purposes described in this policy. Providers support activities such as hosting and storage.

Third-party platforms, including Meta, process information required for the access and activities you authorise. Their own terms and privacy policies also apply.

Information may need to be disclosed where applicable law requires it. You may request further details about the processing arrangements that apply to you.

Storage and retention

We keep information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy, subject to applicable law. Account and contact information is kept while needed for an active relationship; Facebook authorisation information is kept while access remains valid and necessary.

We delete Facebook information as soon as reasonably possible when it is no longer needed for a legitimate business purpose, when you request deletion or no longer have an account with us, when we stop providing the relevant service, or when Meta or applicable law requires deletion.

Removing Facebook access stops access under that authorisation, but does not itself erase previously received information. You can request its deletion separately.

We handle deletion requests without undue delay, typically within 30 days. If applicable law requires us to retain specific information, we will explain the reason and keep only what is required for that purpose.

Your choices and requests

You can review or revoke the application’s permissions through Facebook’s settings. To request access, correction or deletion of your information, email privacy@legendateam.com. Include your name, the service or Facebook application concerned and what you want us to do. We may request information needed to verify your identity and authority, but never your password or authorisation credentials.

Depending on the law applicable to you, additional data-protection rights may apply. We will explain the handling of your request and any further information needed to process it.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy when our activities or data handling change. The date at the top identifies this version.
